The Ishigaki City Office takes the necessary measures to appropriately manage and prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the collected information.

The Site only collects the name, date of birth, and other personally identifiable information that is provided in opinion forms, etc. and constitutes information necessary for advance reservations for public events. We do not collect information beyond these purposes. This privacy policy applies only to the Site. Responsibility for the handling of information by relevant ministries and agencies lies with the respective organizations.

The Ishigaki City Office may make revisions to this privacy policy. Any revisions will be notified on the Site.
